DR. MICHAEL PLATT

Michael is a Professor of Neuroscience, Psychology and Marketing at the University of Pennsylvania, where he also serves as the Director of the Wharton Neuroscience Initiative. He authored more than 150 papers with over 11,000 citations, recently published  "The Leader's Brain," and edited two major neuroscience textbooks. He is the former Director of the Duke Institute for Brain Sciences, former Director of the Center for Cognitive Neuroscience at Duke University, and founding Co-Director of the Duke Center for Neuroeconomic Studies.

VICTORIA WESTERHOFF 

Victoria is an organizational effectiveness and human-centric strategy consultant with almost a decade of experience advising exclusively with executive-level agency and organization leaders in federal and corporate organizations. Trained in cognitive science research and the first MBA representative of the Wharton Neuroscience Initiative (WiN), she built a deep understanding of unconscious decision making that she translates to bridge the gap between hard science and business applications.
